I have such fond memories of your mother. For those of us who grew up playing at Elkenburg Park in the summer we think of Mrs. Mosely. Before there was ever a Youth and Company, there was Mrs. Jean Mosely. As a child I was so excited to go to the park from 12:00 - 4:00. Your mother made sure that every child had fun. Your mother will surely be missed.

Jean was such a wonderful person. The Bible says at John 5:28, 29: "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." May we continue to look forward to the time of the resurrection.

On behalf of Leslie and LaVelle III, we are deeply saddened to hear that Aunt Jean had finaly passed on. We had, of course, spent many a great time up there in the warm and pleasant company of the Mosley side of our family. I, myself, hold many warm memories of Aunt Jean and her husband and siblings, and all of the things we did with them when we were younger, though I am ashamed to admit it has taken me more time than most to appreciate them as I grow older. I will not try to guess at the level of sorrow your household must be going through, but do know that down here in Chicago it is shared, as we have had to deal with our mother's illness, and her evenual passing, and the adjustments in our lives that we have had to make because of it. We continue to make them ,daily, and we continue on living, buoyed by all of the faith and strength that our mother nurtured with us. I hope you can take eventual confort in that, as I know that it was most likely the same in your household with Aunt jean, and in that she, like our mother, rests in a much deserved peace by the side of God. Our Love and Condolences, Lawrence Neal and the Neal Household
