Dear Friends, My heart hurts with you as you say goodbye to your husband, earthly father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Bill was so special to me. His love for God so real, his witness, so Spirit-filled. I am grateful to God for sharing him with us for so long. When I have finished shedding my tears, both at this news of his death and for you in your sorrow in having to give him up for a while, I pray for you and for everyone who will be grieving his leaving, that you and we will experience His joy in knowing our Heavenly Father is welcoming him home. You have my love and my prayers that our Father will comfort you as only He can. Marcia

Iabsolutely loved getting to know Bill on the Trustees back in about 19850r 1986. He loving taught me about mechanical electrical issues at the church. He was a soft spoken man, very knowledgeable practical and had a great sense of humor and a wonderful laugh. Kevin and I were just talking last week about Bill and Nancy and wondering about both of them. OUr thoughts are prayers are with the family. Just think "He is in a city of LIGHT :)" It will never be dark there and the POWER will never go out. Blessings to all of you.

Nancy and family, So surprised to read of Bill's home-going. You & Bill have had such an enormous impact on our lives. We love Jesus more today because you two/all have lived out what walking with God means. I can imagine Bill marveling at all the engineering feats in his new home... and no worries over any nuclear reactors!!! Our loss is heaven's gain. Nancy, you are in our hearts and prayers, as well as all your family. Steve & Sandi Ward

Nancy and Family, We remember Bill with such fond memories at Palisades Park. It has been 31 years since we've been there, but have never forgotten what a kind and generous man he was. Please accept our heartfelt sympathy.

Nancy, It is with a mixture of sadness and joy that we received the news of Bill's homegoing. He has fulfilled his earthly journey so well and with great influence for the Kingdom. Now he is enjoying his reward face to face with Jesus. We are praying for you and the girls. You've lost the one with whom you became "one flesh." Your separation is no small thing. For the girls, no one but God Himself can step into the void left by Dad. I know that I am a better man because of Bill. Prayers for God's comfort and peace will continue. Much love, Larry for the Austins

Dear Potter Family, I am so deeply saddened and shocked to hear of Mr. Potter's passing. Though I didnt know him well, I had the pleasure of meeting him many times in the radiology dept at the hospital. He was always so pleasant and sweet. I just loved him dearly. I will miss seeing his smiling face in the future. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family in this sad time. Sincerely, Angela Hopp :)

Dear Kris and extended family, I am so sorry to hear of your father's unexpected death. I look back with great delight in our time together at Palisades Park. In my 50+ years of life experience, reading Trinity in an all day thunderstorm on your back porch stands out as a highlight, as does the wonderful grace your father said before meals each time we sat down together. Our time together was brief but long remembered and your dad's grace inspired to pursue my spirituality more deeply. My heart and prayers are with you all.
