Words cannot express the sadness I feel for the loss of Steve. My heart goes out to you and the kids. He can be at peace now. You are my friend and I will miss this silly man. I know that we've been apart for awhile, but he was a good man and I will never forget our "driving miss daisy to the Christmas parties" at 45 mph down the expressway...it makes me smile to think of all the silly things he did to make us laugh. I thought for sure the world would run out of Oreo cookies and Wendy's Frosties.....you took care of him and stayed by his side until the very end and I know he fought because he did not want to leave you. You know that I'm here if you need me, all you have to do is call. I love you friend and your baby girls too.
