Donna's Obituary
Donna Jeffries, 77, of Bangor died Sunday, June 14 at Watervliet Community Hospital.
She was born March 23, 1932 in Lawrence, Michigan to Donald & Lena (Earl) Slocum. Donna and her husband Frank owned and operated the Snow White Laundromat in South Haven for 16 ½ years. She attended East Arlington Baptist Church in Lawrence.
She is preceded in death along with her parents by her husband - Frank in 2006 and one sister – Marion Houston of San Jose, California.
She is survived by one daughter – Virginia “Ginny” (Larry) Mitchell of Ginny’s Custom Canvas; and one son – Donald Jeffries both of Bangor, Michigan. 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and one sister – Elsie Richardson of Yarmouth, Massachusetts. Several nieces, nephew and cousins also survive.
A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, June 27 at 11:00 A.M. at Miracle Harvest Church with Pastor Anthony Kuenzli officiating. Kindly share your thoughts and memories on the family’s online guest book at www.FilbrandtFFH.com.
