Patrick's Obituary
Patrick J. McCrary, 41 of South Haven, Michigan died on May 23, 2009 at South Haven Community Hospital. Jackie was born on November 29, 1967 in East Chicago, Indiana to Joseph B. and Betty (Gaines) McCrary. Patrick worked for 15 years for Clementine’s in St. Joseph until he was unable to work due to his health. Patrick was an artist and loved to draw cartoons. He was an avid Michigan State University fan. Patrick was always interested in law enforcement. If not for his health he would have wanted to be a Michigan State Police Trooper. Patrick did graduate from the South Haven Citizens Police Academy.
Patrick is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters – Bianca and Lorna McCrary.
He is survived by his sisters – La Tanya (Michael) Zucchero of Ocean Pines, Maryland. Nicole (Nathaniel) Erwin of South Haven, Michigan, Candace (Donny) Johnson of Carmel, Indiana and two brother – Kelly (Sue) McCrary of Bloomington, Minnesota and Scott (Lisa) McCrary of Orrville, Ohio. Fourteen nieces and nephews also survive.
Wake will be Thursday, May 28 from 12-1 PM at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Pearl Cemetery in Clyde Township. Kindly share your thoughts and memories on the family’s online guest book at www.FilbrandtFFH.com.
