Genevieve's Obituary
Genevieve L. Gerling, 93, of North Muskegon, passed away on Friday, August 8, 2008 at her home with family by her side.
She was born November 4, 1914 in Muskegon, Michigan to Fritz and Mae Baker Buttleman.
She is preceded in death along with her parents by her husband – Fred Gerling.
She is survived by two sons – James Carr of Portland, Oregon, Ronald Carr of Grand Haven, Michigan, a step daughter Barbara McIntire of Muskegon, Michigan, daughter in law Florris Gerling of North Muskegon, Michigan, 10 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and two sisters – Estella Baker of California and Marjorie Frost of North Muskegon, Michigan
Visitation will be Tuesday, August 12 from 11:00 to 12:00 PM at Community United Methodist Church with funeral services beginning at 12:00 PM with ¬¬¬¬¬¬Rev. Robert Lynch officiating. Burial will take place at Laketon Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Community United Methodist Church.
