I am blessed to have a grandfather such as James Franklin Cunningham Sr. He as a source of strength when I felt weak. Hope when I felt hopeless. To hear him laugh was such a great joy. To have a sharp mind at 100 years old. I will certainly miss him but I was certainly blessed to have him as my grandfather.

Rev. Cunningham, Ricky, Christine, and Family, please know that you have my sincerest heartfelt condolences. Although we met only a few times years ago, I was always treated with the kindest words and respect by your father/grandfather, and I will never forget it. To say that he was an exceptional person is an understatement. I would like to attend the sevices on Friday, but distance and my work schedule prevent it. My thoughts Friday will be with, and about all of you. Rick Lewis Palm Coast, Florida

I have fond memories of growing up in South Haven and one of them is watching and waving to "POP" CUNNINGHAM as he drove past our house on Kalamazoo St. Pop always had a nice clean car with the big spare tire on the trunk! Of course I remember Miss Lou too and her beautiful smile...I did not know that Cable St. is know as James Franklin Cunningham Blvd. He certainly deseved that honor and so much more. May the good Lord comfort the Cunningham family during this time as only HE can......God bless
