William's Obituary
William Hurley Sr., 74, of Grand Junction, Michigan formerly of Chicago passed away on March 23, 2007.
He was born April 30, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois to Dennis and Lillian (Wyand) Hurley. William was a Chicago Fireman until he retired. He served in the Marine Corp during the Korean War. He married Rosemary McCurrie on November 22, 1958 in Chicago, Illinois. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and woodworking. He loved Michigan and being on the lake.
He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife: Rosemary Hurley, two sons: William (Janet) Hurley Jr. and Michael (Judy) Hurley, one daughter: Denise Bailey all of Chicago, Illinois. Nine grandchildren: Tabitha Hurley, Derek Hurley, Sean Bailey, Ian Hurley, Ryan Hurley, Patrick Bailey, Devin Hurley, Teddy Hurley and Alanna Hurley.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 25, 2007 from 1-4 P.M. Eastern Time with funeral service beginning at 4:00 P.M. at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven, Michigan with Rev.
