Lion Diana and family, My heart goes out to you. I thought maybe these excerpts of words will help to ease the sorrow and pain you feel. They came from one of favorite poetry books. We need to feel more to understand others. We need to cry more to cleanse ourselves. We all cry the same tears. Tears of fright, tears of sadness. Tears of loss. Tears of frustration and disappointment. Tears of loneliness. We need one another's kindness, cooperation, trust and respect to survive. We who have a passing mark on the future of the world must have the same heart. Must have compassion for one another. Love is being sad for the person when that person is sad. Being together in good times and being together in bad times. Love is knowing that person you miss so dearly will always be with you regardless of what happens. Missing that special person when he is away but remaining near in heart at all times. Love from family and friends is the source of strength, a source of security. Love is the source of life. Know you have a friend in me, and I hope these words will give you some comfort. Lion Liz Halliburton-Covert Twp. Lions Club
