Michael Philip's Obituary
Michael Philip Sullivan,28, of Grand Rapids, formerly of Coloma, died Thursday, August 10 at home.
He was born April 25, 1978 in Kalamazoo, Michigan to John P. Nelson and Patricia Sullivan. Michael graduated from Coloma High School in 1996. He was self employed in Hardwood Flooring and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Michael was a loving father, son and brother with a gentle and kind heart.
He is survived by his son – Remington Sullivan of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Mother – Patricia Sullivan of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Father – John Nelson of Coloma, Michigan. Brother David Sullivan of St. Joseph, Michigan. Three ½ brothers – John, Jim and Eric Nelson and one ½ sister – Theresa Nelson all of St. Joseph, Michigan. Grandparents – Gladys Nelson of St. Joseph, Michigan and Jeanette and Lawrence Sullivan of Three Rivers, Michigan. Also surviving are aunts, uncles, cousins family and friends.
A memorial service will take place on Sunday, August 13 at 6:00 P.M. at 1130 Monroe Blvd., South Haven, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the National Rifle Association.
