Yesterday we lived across the field, teased, fought, loved, and here we are today with "May the Good Lord Bless and Keep you until we meet again." Neighbors and friends. Love to all of you and may memories make the loss easier, if there is an easier...

As Uncle Reno' journey here on earth has come to an end his legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of those who loved him. I am looking forward to the day we are planting the field upon the ground that he worked so carefully for cousin Paul. I take comfort knowing that since he, uncle Ang, and Dad can not be there with us to help plant the berries and share the moment their spirit will guide our hands, hearts, and humor into the next generation of Rigozzi Boys.

What a wonderful man Reno was. He was a family treasure and will be deeply missed by all. But I like to think of all the guys up in heaven together talking about the good old days or fishing together. Sure enough of them there now. Sorry for the pain of all left behind. There will come a day when you can smile again with fond memories of his smile or laugh.

It's hard to understand why people are taken from us, but find comfort in knowing you were a special part of such a well-lived life. Praying for family.

It is all so unreal. It was just this past Sunday that I was out with friends in Grand Rapids sharing stories of our childhood, and I mentioned a couple of memories that I had of Reno. Those stories are 40 years old but never forgotten. I will keep Reno and his family in my prayers.

Uncle Reno was the farm boy of the family. I wish I could have told him how wonderful it was to have him spending time with my dad (Angelo Rigozzi) before dad passed in November. Dad would tell stories about Uncle Reno, his mules, and growing up together. All the Rigozzi boys are together again - sadly. Much love to all my cousins, as we know how hard it is to say good-bye to your dad.

I met Mr Rigozzi at some of the Shrine breakfasts with my dad, Ray Giegerich. Reno was always very pleasant and easy to talk to. His work with the Shriners was a wonderful blessing to so many families.
Blessings,

As a child I know that we brought joy, love, and testing to our parents, but to see Dad with his grandchildren and great grandchildren was a great treasure and gift.
Thank you for sharing memories and moments of Dad.

We are grateful for the years spent at our property visiting with Uncle Reno and Collette. We had several coffee dates spent on our deck. Last year, we summoned Uncle Reno's guidance/expertise to purchase farm equipment. Every time he plowed or tilled our property, in preparation for blueberries, his work was done with precision. He really enjoyed driving our tractor and dozer. We will treasure all those times and hold him near and dear in hearts. In loving memory, Paul and Dionne

I went to school with Reno. I always thought of him as being "older" until I found out recently that he actually wasn't...it just seemed that way in school...so I didn't know him very well. But Reno's sister, Lu, was in my class and I've always loved her...so when I read that Reno transported children to the Shriner's Hospital in Chicago in his retirement years...that's all it took to know his heart.
