Dear Patti, We are so sad to hear about Tom's passing. Our memories of him are of a wonderful neighbor with a dry, witty sense of humor. And walking his beloved dog, Sam, of course. He is very much missed in the neighborhood and in our lives. Our deepest sympathy, Grace and Tony

I want to say how sorry I was to read of the passing away of Tom. Tom was one of my first managers at Old Kent Bank back in 1976 at the Roosevelt Park office. I loved working for Tom - he was fun, fair, and I learned a ton from him early in my career with the bank. I think I only saw him once or twice after I left the bank in 1983 when we moved to Dallas - but periodically I would ask about him when I'd run into other former employees and usually would get some type of an update that he was doing well. I'm sure he will be greatly missed by his friends and family. My sympathy to all of you in this loss.
