We encourage you to share your most beloved memories of Jack here, so that the family and other loved ones can always see it. Share your favorite stories or comment on those shared by others.
Jody, Frans, Wilma, Mina, Linda and Steve. I was saddened to read of Jack's passing. Yes, he was a constant voice and smile in the crowd of the sports we played in, coached and watched. He always had a firm gentle "Dutch" voice.
I pray that God wraps his arms around your entire global family during this time of loss, hurt and healing. Be grateful for all of the great memories/stories that Jack left us all.
Peace to all

Mina and Wilma
Through the many years of watching softball while Wilma coached getting to know Jack was a great pleasure. Mina I loved seeing you both at the Wellness Center. You and Jack always put a smile on my face. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Mina, Jody, Frans, Wilma and families, how heartbroken we were to hear about Jack's passing. He has touched so many lives over the years with his calm demeanor, caring manner and warm smile. Over the years playing sports, coaching youth and high school sports there was always one constant, Jack on the sideline or in the stands. He would always go out of his way to find you after an event no matter the outcome to give you his encouragement. I was lucky enough to grow up with you all and then have my kids grow up with yours, how fortunate we were to have Jack in our lives. Several years ago when I had a serious accident Mina & Jack were one of the first people to come see me when I was home from the hospital and I carry that deep in my heart to this day. I only wish the world was full of more people like Jack & Mina, what a better place it would be. May you take comfort in knowing he is at peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this difficult time.

Dutch was how my Father knew him, but he was always Mr. Haumersen to me. One of my favorite bus drivers. He always kept order, and would sometimes give us the look that many children could use now. Thank you Mr. Haumersen. Kenny
