Dear Shelly and your family. I was so sorry to hear about your mom.I've known her since high school.And though I haven't seen her much lately,whenever I did run into her,her smile would light up just like our school days together.She was a sweet lady.God's Blessings to your family at this time.

I never met Vicki face-to-face, but she was married to my old Air Force buddy Paul and made him very happy until his death in 2012. Vicki and I stayed in touch by email and phone, and she called me shortly before she died, saying she was really sick, would soon pass away, and wanted me to know she loved me for being a good friend to her. I tried by phone and email to contact her after receiving her message, but we never spoke again. She missed Paul terribly, and enjoyed hearing stories of our time together in the military 50 years ago. She seemed like a very sweet lady, and I'm sure her children will miss her. Goodbye, my friend, and God bless you.
