Ed was a big part of my childhood. He always treated me like I mattered. He was a kind and loving father to his children. I will never forget his teasing me about anything and everything. I loved it. He will be missed.

Dear Cousin, so sorry to hear of your passing but glad you are at rest with our Lord Jesus and that your struggle with Farmers Lung is no longer a problem for you. It was easy to feel comfortable around Uncle Ed. I found him to be gentle and humorous in spirit, and very engaging in how he could discuss so many things with you. Whenever I saw him, he was always willing to share of his endeavors and interests, which was a true delight.

I just read this and wanted to express my sympathy to the Hills family. Mr. and Mrs. Hills were always kind and welcoming people and hosted some pretty amazing exchange students when I was in school. Helen from Norway was a great friend and still is today, and I owe this friendship to them. May God grant Mr. Hills eternal rest and peace.
