Extending sincere sympathy to Mark's family. He was a very special person with a kind heart. I met him through his service to the City of South Haven on the Zoning Board of Appeals. His contributions were always well-though out and valuable. He will be missed.

We knew Mark when he was a teenager, he and my son John were the best of friends. Mark was at out house often and would ride home with us after football and track practice and the two of them would often eat us out of house and home. We haven't seen him for a long time. He was always a good kid and fun to be around. Glad he did good in life and everyone loved him. RIP MARK

So sorry for your loss. I knew Mark when he was in High School and played football with our son, Tony. Saw him more often later at Casco church and at school functions in South Haven. My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time.

Mitch and I are saddened to hear of the loss of Mark. We were blessed to meet him in October of 2013 when he agreed to officiate our wedding in December 2013. We instantly felt we had selected the perfect person to join us in matrimony. What a wonderful person......my condolences to the entire family and friends of Mark.

Greater Faith Community Church, friends and family: I am deeply saddened to hear of your loss. Mark was a great friend and a good brother in the Lord. I have enjoyed many conversations, times of prayer, church services, fellowship on the porch.....so much more. How many times I have been walking downtown and we have passed, but never without a sincere hug or a warm wave. If we were on foot, we never missed an opportunity to spend a few minutes catching up, laughing and sharing God's true deep fellowship. Mark will be missed in our community. At the same time, I greatly rejoice for his victory. He has not last, he has won. I'll look forward to our reunion in heaven someday. I'm sure he will be there, with that big smile on his face and laughing with that big belly laugh, "What took you so long, Brother?" My prayers are with you all. You are loved.
