Ralph was the most loved MAHLE employee! There was not a day that went by that he didn't have a smile on his face or didn't lend a helping hand. I am so sorry for your losss...one of the most wonderful people in this world! For sure, a true legacy was left behind. Peace be with you all.

Ralph left a huge positive influence with all our Laboratory Staff. I met Ralph when MAHLE purchased our division and I started to make the trek to the Farmington Hills Facility. Much to my surprise, when we found out each other claimed South Haven as our home towns. Whenever I came to Farmington Hills, Ralph was one of the persons you'd be glad to see. Our Lab Staff were sad when Ralph retired, but saddened even more upon his passing. The fond memories, and stories of Ralph and the myriad of ways he impacted people will keep his spirit alive. On the behalf of all of us in the MAHLE laboratory, we wish Ralph's family sympathy and prayers.

My most sincere condolences to the Kaczmarek family. Ralph and I were room mates during the MSU college days. He introduced me to South Haven way back when...and I have never left. I am happy, proud and honored to be able to call Ralph my friend. His kind heart and soul for friends and family will always be cherished. To my friend, Ralph.. the years and miles separated us, but you were never far away from me in my thoughts. You and your smile will always be remembered. May you rest in peace and comfort.
