Cheryl's Memory Wall
We encourage you to share your most beloved memories of Cheryl here, so that the family and other loved ones can always see it. Share your favorite stories or comment on those shared by others.
I had the privilege of working with Cheryl during her time at Lakeland's Call Center. Although I only knew her for a couple of years, she was so very kind to me and the other team members. She worked hard, was dependable, and was a very sincere and happy person. We were all excited for her at her retirement party and she even joined us at Christmas parties and to wish others well as they retired. I will remember her very kind personality and endless smile. May God Bless you, Cheryl, and your family. We miss you already!

I worked with Cheryl at Lakeland and can't recall ever seeing her without a smile on her face and a kind word. Our family was blessed to have her help take care of our 7 year old grandchild, Myla, at the Trinity after school program. Cheryl was so patient and loving towards the children. My thoughts and prayers are with your family as you mourn the loss of this special woman.

While I never met any of Cheryl's family in person, I felt like I knew you. The last time I saw her she told me all about the surprise birthday party you all had for her. She loved it! I worked with Cheryl at Lakeland, and she was surely a special person. Jesus lived in her heart, and we all saw Him through her smile and kindness. I will miss our birthday lunches together.

To Kim and Christine, and family: I was a good friend and former classmate of your father, Clyde, and saw your Mom's obituary in the Chronicle the other day. I wanted to tell you how very sorry I am in your loss. May memories keep you comforted during this difficult time in your life. Now you have both parents watching over you and loving you from afar. They were both wonderful people.

Cheryl, we spent over twenty years of "chatter and a hug" during haircuts. We shared events, sorrow, laughter, and celebration. I can't believe our time together has ended...I'll look forward to seeing your smile again some day. My prayers for your family, as they miss your presence in their day. Your friend....
