I worked with Cheri at Hilltop Foods in the late 80s. It is so true that she never knew a stranger. She was a positive, fun person who always had a smile and a kind word. She lit up a room. Unfortunately we lost touch over the years, but she will never be forgotten by me or those who were lucky enough to have known her. My condolences to her family and friends.

To the family of this wonderful bright personality that we have lost. Cheri was always gathering people around her for so many different things. Bus trips to casinos, parties for Hilltop, the games, and of course the amazing love of her family. She will be miss by so many people that she has touched in her short lifetime. Prayers for her family to find peace in their hearts, knowing the pain is gone, and she's at rest.

Dear Emily and entire family,
I was greatly saddened to see we lost Cheri. God Bless her, no more pain and agony. There are many family members who welcomed her with open arms. I named my daughter after you, one after Julie and Michael. Your Dad and I were not only first cousins, we shared the same birthday a few years apart but I always thought that was wonderful. My heartfelt sympathies to her family and many friends. To me, she was the delight of Hilltop before it closed. You will be missed and forever loved. R.I.P. honey, until we meet again ~

So many memories working together over the years at Hilltop and at Blue Chip. Cheri was always good for a laugh and a smile. She was so kind to everyone. Loved her Grandma and her family all so much. You will be missed Cheri. I am so glad I got to see you in January. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Cheri will be missed. Her love for her family and especially for her mom was so obvious in everything she did and said. I'm sad that her life was so short. May God's Peace be with your family.

Cheri, you were one of the nicest people I ever knew... we met each other back at Hilltop years ago, and ran into each other here and there afterward... you always stopped to talk,, and you were always smiling, always in a good mood, always asking how my wife was... you were just so nice to everyone, so sweet... you will be missed. The world is a little darker without you in it.
