Robert's Memory Wall
We encourage you to share your most beloved memories of Robert here, so that the family and other loved ones can always see it. Share your favorite stories or comment on those shared by others.
It will be 11 years ago just a couple of days from now. I miss him every day. So much that didn't get a chance to be shared. There is no getting over, as my heart still hurts like it was yesterday.

Hey Bobby, I was your babysitter when you were a young boy and I knew then that you had a heart
of gold. That's why you never got in trouble the time you buried Glenn up to his neck in dirt. I'll
always remember those late nights we stayed up watching Creature Features. You were a great kid
and I am certain you grew to be a fine adult. We are all better people having known you. My
thoughts are with your family.

I am so sorry for your loss, I grew up with the family, they lived around the corner from me for
years. Bob was my first boyfriend in the 5th grade. He chased me home from school one day, I
thought he was going to beat me up. The Burkhard's were a very nice family and always known as
the family with all of the kids. I am so glad to hear that Bob did well for himself. I remember for
my birthday one year, Bob gave me a blue velour pillow that was Lisa's,she gave it to him to give to
me,he also had given me a pin I think it was,and my mother made me give it back because he had
taken it from his mothers jewelry box. I guess it was the thought that counts. Again, I am so sorry
for your loss and I know that Bob will be missed by his entire family. My prayers are with you all.
