Remembering Don's musical skills as he taught me to play the accordion when I was 12. I used played it in many places
throughout my life and was always thankful for the opportunity to play it in many church settings.

Lana, thinking of you and your family at this time. I have many fond memories working numerous shifts with the "Schlipper" as we served and protected the citizens of Berrien County. Schlipper brought a "calming effect" to us younger and "rambunctious" officers in stressful situations. He was a good friend on and off duty.
