Thinking of the family at this difficult time. Will surely miss my many talks with herb at the campground and his willingness to help whenever you needed him. Will always remember the fishing trips we shared with Dave and Erik. Fantastic man gone way too soon. Sincerely, Dale (val) Hall

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Herb’s passing. I will miss our Cubbie rants. I am glad to have known Herb. He enriched my time at Scott lake. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. He did make a difference while he was here.

My condolences to the family and friends of “Herbie” (as I knew him) when our parents were friends back in the 50s, 60s and 70s.
We would visit each other’s houses in Fairplain on Spencer and Hoover StreetS and the kids would play while the adults talked politics, the old country, politics, soccer, World War II and more.
We and the neighborhood have changed, but the memories remain. Rest in peace Herbie.

It was with deep sadness that I received the news of Herb's passing... He was a great guy and a fun person to be around... We became friends, like so many of us did, when we all met at Fairplain JR Hi... He always had a way of making us girls smile and laugh with just one of his LOOKS! I am grateful to have had Herb as a friend... He will be greatly missed and memories will be cherished... My heartfelt condolences and sympathies to all the Antonowitsch family. May God provide solace and peace. SuzAnn Benson LeVine

Herb was a very devoted family man who always put his family first. He was also a great friend to many.i will miss all the good times that we spent together at the campground barn and going out fixing things, where every day was a adventure. I will also miss the lake erie fishing trips where we would go and catch limits of walleye, or as Herb called them BOTTOM FEEDERS. I pray that God will send comfort to the entire Antonowitsch family during this difficult time. Herb will truly be missed by many but will never be forgotten. Lou Gregor
