I've known Susie for a lifetime....loved her smile & sense of humor. When I moved to Calif. I spent my first holidays with Walt & Sue. When they moved back to S.H. I flew with Sue (Jason on my lap). Every summer when my children & I came to S.H..... I always saw Sue. Later we started a "sleep-over" when I came.

I am so sorry to hear of Susie's passing. She was like another mom to me. She taught me how to knit and crochet as a little girl. Living next door, I spent a lot of time with Jen, Jason and Dan growing up. I remember the walks on the beach looking for stones and spending so many nights. Camping, playing in the sprinkler and she would put me to work snapping beans. She even altered my wedding dress for me. She will be missed.

Jenny, Jason, Dan, Walt….I am so saddened for your loss and am crying tears with you as I write this. I wish I could be there for you today Jen and to say goodbye to Sue. You are like a sister to me and I have so many great memories of being at your house and spending time with Sue and your family. The most recent being the trip the three of us took (me, you and Sue) to Naples. That was so much fun and I will cherish those memories of your Mom.

I've known Sue all of my life and I doubt if I've ever known anyone kinder or with a bigger heart. She always made me laugh with her delightful sense of humor. I feel lucky to have known her and had her in my life growing up as well as having a grown up relationship with her as an adult. Things just won't be the same without her.

To Our Dear Walt, Jennifer, Jason, Dan, and to all the grandchildren, although we only met Sue and Walt through Bill and Gail Johnson three years ago, it felt ike we known all our lives. We enjoyed seeing Sue when we would come and visit with the johnson's, and sharing meals, happy times of good laughter, and making loving momories. We will Miss her dearly.
