Leslee and Jeff: It's with great sadness to learn of your mothers passing. Many fond memories of the Lunches in the back yard come to mind as your mother was always a very kind person. She will be missed for sure. Our prayers to out to you both in this time.

Ruth's parents and mine were life long friends having lived the early years across from each other on a county road near Lacota. This is where Ruth and I, Marion, Al, Don and my brother "Buck" started our life long friendship and we have remained very close through the years. We attended country school and high school together and Ruth lived with my family for a time. As the years went by and our children were born, our lives took different directions but we remained good friends. We managed to get together often and catch up on all the family news. I was pleased to be maid of honor for Ruth when she and Les married, and Jeff and Leslee are still very special to us. Ruth lived a wonderful life and we are happy to have been a part of it. We will truly miss her.
