Libby and family: I will always treasure my memories of your mom. She was so welcoming, in her home, and always smiling as she greeted everyone. I am in Texas... so I won't be able to attend the service, but Joyce Weber has promised to give you a hug for me. Love, Kathy

Libby and Jeff: Your mom/grandmother was the best. Whether allowing us neighborhood urchins to play basketball at all hours of the night — she even enlisted the city to change the burned-out or broken overhead light — or generally giving everyone the run of the yard (there were few better places in town to view sunsets), she was always cheerful and very funny. Not to mention one keen bridge player. Our thoughts are with you.

My Dear McGuire Cousins: Where to begin - when all of my memories of Aunt Ginnie are so wonderful and indelibly etched in my mind....the house, the beach (and those stairs), dinners at the huge dining room table (and Micky's malts), and lots of card playing. Never one to "sweat the small stuff," Aunt Ginnie was incredibly generous, always welcoming and the most unflappable person I've ever known. I'll always treasure my South Haven time with all of you and please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. With much love, Susan Johnson Hayward

Libby and Patty and all of the McGuires, we send much love from the Hamlin family. We all loved your mom, she was a warm and friendly "mother" on the boulevard, part of the bridge club set that rotated into our home and always interesting. You have a great family because of your wonderful role model. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

To The McGuire Family, I’m very sorry for the death that you’ve experienced in your family recently. There are some scriptures found in gods word, that have encouraged me in the past when it comes to losing one of our loved ones. John 11:25 says... "He that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life." I also agree with the bible when it says at Acts 24:15... That “there will be a resurrection, of both the righteous and unrighteous“! Revelation 21:4 states “ Death will be no more.” “The former things have passed away.” What a wonderful time to live when these scriptures will be fulfilled! My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.. please know that I’m thinking of you and your family during this hardship. Thank you for your time, Sincerely, Caleb Aniol

To all the McGuires, you all in our thoughts and prayers in the passing of your mother. She was always a smiling face I remember seeing walking home from St Basils school for many years. She made her mark on the community and will be missed.

Our condolences are with you and your family, Libby. You gave your mom so much time and she gave so much in her lifetime. Fond memories of all the time I spent at your house in high school and what great parents you had. May God give you peace as you deal with the loss of your special mom. Joan and Bruce
