Dearest Family, while I am with Kara in Colorado, my heart is there with you. I am so grateful for my strong and deeply caring mother-in-law. One might ask for her delicious recipes, but the special ingredient of the love she put in, as with everything she did for her family and friends, can never be duplicated. This world has lost a truly good soul who showed us a bedrock faith, the sound value of right versus wrong and a love for life. For those of us she touched, it is now our calling to carry these virtues forward in her stead.

Connie & I are so sorry about Aunt Maggie. Our mom used to tell about meeting this girl, Maggie, who was from Texas, & when Mom left home at 16, Maggie became her roommate. Then she introduced her older brother, Scottie, to her roommate. . . My guess is that she's got her apron on, the chicken is frying, & there's a blackberry pie in the oven. The song might go Nothing may be finer than to be in Carolina. . .but we all knew that nothing was finer than Aunt Maggie's fried chicken, except her company.

Mike, Jim, Tom and Families, We were very sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. I have very fond memories of her from when we were growing up. She was a wonderful woman who will be missed by all who knew her. Unfortunately we can not attend the service because we are in Afton, Wyoming. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Jim and Family, I know the past few weeks have been a very difficult journey for all of you but that is now over and you will embark on many different ones with your Mom looking over you as she has always has. Jim, you've always said that "Scotty" was with you watching from the 50 yardline or from the bleachers on the home foul line, now your Mom has joined him and she too will be there cheering you on as always. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you as you are going through this difficult time. God Bless. Denny & Cathy

Dear Jim, Tom, Mike & family, it was obvious that Maggie's family was her world. You can all feel very blessed to have the love of a wonderful mother & grandmother. I always admired her sense of humor & quick wit. She was a special friend & like you, I will miss her. It's good to know she is with God. You are all in my prayers.

To The Friends and Family of Margarette, I’m very sorry for the death that you’ve experienced in your family recently. I would like to share a comforting scripture with you that has encouraged me in the past when it comes to losing one of our loved ones. John 11:25 says... "He that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life." I also agree with the bible when it says at Acts 24:15... That “there will be a resurrection, of both the righteous and unrighteous“! Revelation 21:4 states “ Death will be no more.” What a wonderful time to live when these scriptures will be fulfilled! My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.. please know that I’ am thinking of you and your family during this hardship. Thank you for your time, Sincerely, Caleb Aniol

Jim and the entire McCloughan family, My thoughts and prayers go out to you at this most difficult time. Loosing a parent is not easy. May the Lord above wrap his loving arms around each of you at this time and know she is now at peace and now in God's presence and with her husband once more. Please find strength in each other and remember and cherish all the good times spent with one another. Georgia Dulik-Lyons and the entire Dulik Family

Jim, Tom, Mike and families, I was saddened to hear that your mom passed away. It is so hard to lose a mom. I'm sorry that I could not visit at the funeral home or service. My mom also passed away yesterday. She went into intensive care on the 6th. Your families (children, grandchildren and great grandchildren) have been part of my life for so many years. So,I wanted to send you my thoughts and prayers. Joyce Weber
