I knew Rachael as my 5th grade teacher and into my adult life. She was especially kind to me at the death of my father. (I still have the card she wrote me.) She always delighted in you,her family. I know you took good care of her. My deepest sympathies.

Mrs. Sunday was my 8th grade English teacher. Even when I moved to the high school, she never missed an opportunity to send a kind word and a gentle smile my way. What a kind, classy lady! She'll be missed.

Scott - I had the pleasure of visiting with your mom last summer at Gary Tafts house, first time I'd seen her in at least 45 years. If I remember right we had cub scout meetings at your house on Jones Ave. I am currently in Kentucky visiting Dion LeMieux and we both send our condolances.

Mrs. Sunday was my 8th grade English teacher @ Central Jr. High in South Haven. She always had a smile and was very kind to me. Even when I ran into her as an adult, she remembered me and was as kind as always. She was a sweet lady and will be dearly missed. Lori(Davy)Jorgensen

Scott - I was looking forward to seeing you and giving you some support, but I will be out of town on 9/17. I can remember your mother as our cub scout leader and saw how great a mother she was. You and Shelly were luck to have her for your mother. The last time I spoke with your mother was to get your address for our last class reunion. She recognized me right away and we had a very nice conversation. Again, I sorry for your loss!

Mrs. Sunday was my sister Stephanie's teacher in elementary school. I believe her son was Stephanie's first boyfriend. She was a special lady and will be missed.

We are former neighbors of Rachael's on Lambert Drive. We lived about two houses west of hers during our 25 years living there. While on Lambert, we raised our two boys, Thomas and David. Our sympathy to her family and friends.
