I love Jackie McGhehey Breault. Jackie became my trusted advisor 22 years ago, when we moved to SH. Over the years, Jackie and I grew to be best friends. Sailing the Anne Gail. Traveling to Alaska. Kayaking. Just talking. Jackie was a rock on whom one could depend. Kindness, compassion and love to Bob, Bill,Denni, Tommy, Mickie, Linda...and all whose lives she touched. Jackie will be missed by many.

Jackie has already been missed by us from the moment she sold her business. She made filing our taxes as non-stressful an event as it could be, and helped us resolve computer software glitches and inadvertant errors with a friendly yet professional flair. We feel saddened by her passing and glad that she had someone who loved her standing by. We will continue to feel her loss.

My late husband was her client in Kalamazoo. He would want me to let you know how much he appreciated her service and friendship. I could tell when we last met with her she had found her place in South Haven. Sincerely,

I have had the pleasure of knowing Jackie for 35 years. I recently had the privilege of seeing her and telling her what an inspiration she has always been to me. She flashed that ever present smile and said, "There's nothing we can't do, is there?" I am saddened by her death only because I know I'll not see her again in this life. I'll meet her again by and by. My deepest sympathy to Bob and the entire family.

Bob, Denny and family, I am so saddened by the passing of my dear friend Jackie and extend my sympathy to her family. Jackie & I were best friends in High School, always sat together in classes and study hall and really enjoyed each other's company. We also lived together for a couple of terms at Michigan State and had some fun times there as well. In 1968 we took a one month trip to Europe...where we made more fond memories which have lasted us a lifetime. I am so thankful to have seen Jackie last year at our class reunion and treasure the picture that was taken of us. Much love and prayers to you, Bob and Denny, and all of her family, in this time of sorry. Pat Haines Knirk

To the McGhehey Family. Jackie has been doing our taxes too for a while along with my mothers.. I have already missed her this year for doing our taxes and I was early this year. She truly loved what she did and you could tell. She would alway let you know that she was on vacation come April 16 for a week. Don't blame her. With sincere and deepest sympathy. Grandma Jackie, so many memories with her throughout my childhood. My mom Jo worked with her at JJ McGhehey's office on Burdick in Kalamazoo and on Kalamazoo in South Haven. I remember multiple days in the summer my mom Jo, dad Jim, and Jackies family members would go to the condo and swim in the pool for hours. I learned how to swim at that very pool! Every 4th of July we all would gather at Grandmas for dinner family and fireworks! The last time I saw Grandma Jackie was in early 2009 when I stopped at her accounting office to introduce her to my baby girl Miriah who was only a few months old. I didn't have the pleasure of contacting her after that. I will never forget you Grandma Jackie, or all the memories of playing with max and Mickey?! (Could have the names wrong, it's been many years.) my condolences to her family, I apologize for the time lapse as I just came across this obituary. Godspeed Grandma forever in our hearts!
