Ruth was more than just our tenant - she was our friend...She was so small in body - but so big in heart. We will never forget the long talks and laughter - and her smile...It will be odd not to see her looking out the window - keeping an eye on all of the places for us. She worried more about others than herself and was like a Grandma to all of the kids - to Aaron and every kid that was around. She will be greatly missed by everyone who had the wonderful opportunity of knowing her - co-workers, family, friends, and will forever be in all of our hearts. Aaron will never forget when he was little - coming over to mow or play games and Ruth always making sure he had something cold to drink and taking the time to talk to him about things. Gene will never forget the true friendship that he had with Ruth - or kniving ways with her to pick on Wayne - like partners in crime! And I will never forget that she was there as I went through things - she always had a way of making me feel understood - & helped us all to move on within moments of conversation and helped to find the lighter side of things...Truly a gift from God to us all in life - as surely she is now an angel in Heaven...

Wayne and all of Ruth's family. Ruth and I graduated from Bangor, but we were only casual friends back then. I got to know her better when we both were at Save a Lot. She was such a sweet lady. I send you my deepest condolences and will be praying for all of you. Chris Wheeler

I was a friend of Ruth's in high schol. We had a lot of fun and didn't get in much trouble. Well once we skipped schoool & got caught by the Principle & Ruth's sister. I know you will miss her, but have faith, she's with God now & not in any pain. May God give you all strength now & in the future. May you smile at all the wonderful memories you have.
