What a blessing to us all to have known "Grandma" Mary. Never a kinder and more genuine soul have I known. Her smile was a natural as the morning sun. Such fond memories of her always making everyone else feel so special. She has left a wonderful legacy in her soul mate Art and her children and grand children. May the love she she gave us all carry on in your hearts and hold you up during this time of grief. She will be forever loved and missed.

Although not my real "grandma" she sure didn't have a problem playing the part. From baking cookies with all of us kids to filling in at grandparents day at school when my grandma couldn't be there. It was a true honor to have her in my life. She will always be in my heart and I will miss her dearly.

Such a wonderful lady. I will always remember her coming out to Oregon to visit me along with Art, Barry, Carol and Kate. She was so excited about the Nelson family miracle. She welcomed me with open arms. I will miss her smile and hugs. My thoughts are with the family, and sending prayers your way.

Several years ago Mary gave me some yellow primrose plants for my garden. Every spring I have beautiful yellow primroses blooming now, and I will always remember Mary as a kind person, and it was always a pleasure to spend time with her at our red hat gatherings. Aunt Mary was the kindest, sweetest, person that anyone could know. She was like a 2nd mother to me when I was growing up. Her homemade birthday cakes were always made by hand and you could taste the extra added love. I will always feel fortunate to have been able to spend so much time with her when I was growing up. Even to the end she had a lesson to share, seeing how at peace she was with the world and how much love she had for everyone. Knowing Aunt Mary, was an amazing gift.

Mary was the kindest person I have ever known. She truly was one of a kind.We loved visiting with her and Art.She loved when we brought our 4 legged kids over, and they absolutely were crazy about her too. In all the years I had known her, she never said a bad word about anyone, now you know there are not many people like that. she will be missed so much, by all who knew her and all who loved her. I am so glad we had the pleasure of knowing her, and loving her. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

You didn't have to know Mary long to fall in love with her. We looked forward to sitting with her and Art at Church each week. In those brief moments prior to the start of Mass we would try and connect with what was going on in each others lives. It was easy to tell that she truly cared. She would touch you with an affection that was as warm as the touch of her hands. It truly radiated from the warmness of her heart. The world would be a much better place if we could all model ourselves after Mary and Art.

Carol - Your mom was the best. I loved her when she worked at Fishel's and I loved her at Mass when she would touch my hand each time I ushered her row for communion. You and I share a love of dogs, especially labs. She and I would always talk about those dogs, too. I know how close you were to your mom and how having you in her life made her so very, very happy. She is in my prayers, as are you and your family. I miss all of you but am getting used to being a Montanan. Mary Ann Antrim (Robinson)
