Kyree, the many memories that I had the honor of experiencing with you will always be remembered. I remember like it was just yesterday, when you walked into my house with my brother and I didn't know who you were, but we soon became very close. I thank God everyday that I had the chance to meet you. We had so many laughs and inside jokes that only you and I would get. I remember when we would stay up until like 4:00 in the a.m on Myspace, knowing that we both had practice in less than 3 hours! I will miss you so much. Everytime I see my brother out on the basketball court, I know for a fact that you will come to mind. One day you will be on that court with him again, but until then, keep looking down on us! R.I.P Kyree. 4'ever in my Heart. -NEESH

Words can't describe how we feel as a family, classmates and friends to Kyree. Knowing he's in a better place, knowing his spirit lives on through us, brings some comfort, but Lord knows how much we will miss him. He was an exceptional young man, who was so funny, loving and loyal to his family and friends. A pure joy to be around, my children looked forward to seeing him everyday. Now they are a little lost, they found the empty seat in their class today, they cried, and I cried for them. It's a beautiful autumn day, and I feel the warmth of the sun, it's just like Kyree warm. I think he wants us to know he's fine, I think when I see the sun, beautiful colors and feel the warm breeze, I'll know it's him, still bringing us some joy, and a little fun in our lives. We are grateful to have had him is our lives. With all our love.........

I am so very sorry for your loss. I am so impressed by how Kyree's death has brought so many people, black/white/hispanic, etc. together. I did not know Kyree, however my son did and I believe that at certain times, when the world is full of hate and crime, God has to show us that we all need to band together as friends and family....kind of like kyree's spirit, both alive and not. I know that Kyree is looking down and is very happy and proud that everyone is brought together and leaning on each other, even if it ment him going away. To all the students and LC Mohr: Use the loss of Kyree to change the minds of those who live with hate and prejudice every day. Kyree would have done great things with his life, but he needed to do it much sooner. Learn that lesson from Kyree. Love to you...Wanda

To our entire extended family. We are lost for words to express our deepest sorrow for our lost that we feel in our hearts and in our spirits. L.C.Mohr will never be the same. I am so glad that I got to know him. He as usually: thought it was amazingly hillarius that there has been special love bonding for over 3 decades between our families. Our words of encouragement are that he will never be forgotten and he gave joy to all that knew him. He deeply loved you all and express that he knew he was loved by his family. His Homegoing was much too soon and it came as a thief in the night that left us breathless. He is with OUR LORD. He is in the arms of Jesus. May we all look up and keep his spirit alive by spreading Joy,Laugher and Love to others as we travel though this life together. God will continue to Bless and Stregthen all of you. You all have been Prayed for and Our Prayers lovely will be continued.

We did not know Kyree, but are friends with many of his family members. He is in the same class as our son at LCMohr. By all accounts, he was just a wonderful, talented, and funny young man, which is a testament to you all. Words cannot express how deeply sorry we are for this terrible loss. We wish we would have had the opportunity to meet this remarkable young man. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

To all the family of Jalen......we pass along our prayers and our support during this difficult time. My son got a chance to play ball with Jalen over the summer on a few occassions and that will be something he always remembers. Unfortunately, I never got to meet my nephew because I live in the state of Louisiana. I am the sister of Clifton Hatter. Kyree appeared to be a young man that made his family very proud of him. He was a good kid, handsome young man and gifted athlete. He was a prime example of what any parent would want their child to be like. I am so sorry that he left us in such a tragic manner and that he left so young. God knows what is best and we have to trust and believe that Kyree is in a much better place now. As for the young man who was driving the vehicle that Kyree was riding in, I pray for him and his family. He, just like his passengers, was young and I believe unaware of the consequences of their actions that day. I hope that others will learn from their mistakes to prevent this from happening again. God bless all of the individuals who have been touched in some way by my nephews untimely death and the accident that caused it.
