Aunt Connie will always hold a special warm spot in my heart. I know she is with our Lord & Savior which has to be such a comfort to you & Joe. My prayers are with you as you adjust to life without your mom. But, I know you will find the strength to carry on and strengthn your faith - day by day. Some of my memories include the family holiday dinners held on the farm. I recall washing "hundreds" of plates with Kathleen and envied her the wonderful "dishtowels" used to dry the dishes with. I know now that she made them all from feed sacks. I also remember her showing me garlic growing outside of the fireplace chimney.

Caroline Kuhn was a beloved aunt to me. I will always remember the Thankgiving holidays our family spent with Uncle Bernie, Aunt Connie, Jennie and Bernie at their farm. Aunt Connie attended UMU while I was there...very special to have her there with me. She gave me a bridal shower for my first marriage, so thoughtful. She was a wonderful aunt and I will never forget her. I will miss her greatly. Lovingly, Alma McCarty

What a beautiful person. Her eyes lighted up whenever she came to church and I would go over and give her a hug and kiss. She was such a wonderful person. She was a dedicated church member. Jennie and Jo, you have been so great taking care of her. You are a wonderful daughter and son-in-law. May God be with you and fill your heart with wonderful memories.

Uncle Bernie's Bench will now be complete. Aunt Connie will rest there, nearby my Mom and Dad, on a shaded knoll with farming in the distance. A grand place for a grand lady.
