Boots and Family, My brothers and I had a rough childhood. We loved going with Grandma (your Aunt Ann)to your house. There was so much love and affection. When my dad was sick and in the hospital, Bobby would pick me up after school and ride me to the gas station on his motorcycle, and work the night shift, all while working full time at Fords. My dad died when I was 15 and Bobby helped me get through the worst time of my life. I have always admired Bobby. For as much as he's been through, he has had a great out-look on life. I will miss him dearly!! Love, "Robbie" G Quinn III

Dear Boots & Family, May God hold you tenderly in His arms as you grieve for the physical loss of Bob and may He comfort you with Strength, Patience and Courage as you go through this time. Although, Bob is know longer here, his memory will live forever! Boots, I met you 40 years ago on Sept. 25, 1968, when I started at the Fraser Post Office. You & Helen Pienkowski were the first 2 female letter carriers in Fraser. I was the third. Remember the gang? John Andary, Jack Forbes, Mini Sova, Isabell Lind, Grace Melvin, Andy Light, Roy Moore, Rich Rosevink, Lynn Zepp, Geroge Sieferlien, Cliff Storks, Glenn Clark, Clarence Porfrieka, Dale Jennings,Dorothy Ward,& Murry to name a few. At that time, I was married to Bob Hensley. We has an expression, " You are Wonderful" which we use to kid with each other. In fact, one Christmas, you gave me a little stature which said, "You are Wonderful". I remember your Sis who lived on York st. I remember Sherry's wedding to Gary, and your Gary being in the service & Gayle. Little by little, the memories are coming back, I am sorry to read about Bob. May God be with you during this diffilcult time. I am "Retired" from the Post Office since 1991 when I was shot in the face at the Royal Oak P.O. Another story, another time. Please accept my deepest sympathies to you & yours, Joal C Whyte-Parsons (Hensley) 15172 Granada Plaza Warren, Mi 48088-3929 I drive by your old home on Leota?, well the first block east of Hayes, off 13 mile, the first home on the west side of the st. frequently. I think Gary lives there now. God Bless and be with you, Always!!

To the McKinney Family, to all of you that have been my extended family since long before I was born, I am so very, very sorry for the loss of one of the most wonderful father figures that has ever crossed my path. I am sure that Pat & Oma and Ed & 'Nita, were there to meet him and hold him as he passed to greater places. I was so sorry to hear of Bob's death, it broke my heart. Truly, he was a prince among men (as Oma would say). I would love to see you again, and never to lose touch. My fondest memories of my childhood were spent with the Davis & McKinney Families, with homemade pizzas and sleepovers. I will miss him. I love you people more than you'll ever know. I think I can speak for the those who haven't heard about this yet, when we extend our deepest sympathies. Karen Yates-Banko, and the Yates & Davis Family.
