Carol, I'm sorry to hear about your Dad. He was one of my favorite people to work with at the bank. He really cared about everyone who came in the bank. I,ll miss seeing him on my trips to South Haven. I will be in Michigan in October & hope to see you & Norm if you are in town. You are in my thoughts. Donna

So sorry to hear about Harold. He was such a gentle man and a good boss when I worked at the bank over 42 years ago. We had such a good time with him. He & Jean were good neighbors and always friendly. We'd stop to visit when we walked by. Our sympathy goes out to you. Andy & Judy Davis

Carol, please accept my condolences in the passing of your father. I used to have coffee at McDonald's with my father, Harold and the rest of their "gang", his hunting and fishing stories were always the best. He was such a sincere and "nice" person it was a joy and privilege to be around him. May he "rest" well.

Carol, your dad was a wonderful guy, so kind and helpful at the bank, and always smiling. With him gone now it seems like the end of an era. I have fun memories of you being at our house with Betty when you were in high school and also of Tippy following my dad around the mail route and then camping out on our back porch. Enjoy and cherish your memories and know that Jane and I are thinking of you.

The memory of Harold's wonderful smile still warms my heart and a sunny part of Epiphany! He was a treasure. And Carol, I know having you as a caring daughter - especially through these past difficult times - was a treasure for him many times over. You are all in my prayers. Love, Rosie

Carol, Your dad was a great person. For many years, he was a wonderful friend and golf partner to Charley's dad "Cap C". He provided us with lots of laughs on the Gogebic fishing trips. I'd love to dig out pictures and share them with you. I'm sorry that I did not know that he passed until today. If you need anything, we're just across the street. Amanda and Charley
