Grandpa was so funny! I don't remember a single time when we spoke or sat talking that we weren't both laughing. And if we weren't laughing, he was trying to feed me! I am so grateful for our last visits, and that he knows my boys... Or more importantly, that my boys know him. He'll forever be known in our house as Grandpa with the flashlights! I am full of love and fond memories of him, and I'll forever miss the hugs, the laughs and the help with growing my tomatoes! I'll miss you Grandpa.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I remember Mr. Bild having a beautiful flower garden and spending alot of time grooming the garden and lawn.

My earliest memories of South Haven after moving there when I was 8 years old, was the Bild house, staying over night with Bonnie. Mr and Mrs Bild were always so wonderful to me and treated me like "one of their own". My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
