Kyle & family, I'm so sorry for your loss. Herb is an awesome guy. He's been cracking me up for years. He was just yelling at me a couple weeks ago that the LMC parking lot was "not a landing strip" as I was flying a little low at the time! :) My girls got to have breakfast with Herb on Sunday at the fly-in. He is a wonderful man & will be missed. Please call if I can help you with anything.

I am very sorry to hear of Herbs' passing. I've known Herb for many years, when he fixed my car after an accident, and working with him, during outages at Palisades. He was always fun to be around. He would joke and laugh, and make you feel welcome in his world. Herb will be greatly missed by all who knew him. My sympathies and prayers are with you, his family.

To the entire McKamey Family, I want to express my sorrow of Herb's passing. I have felt like an honorary family member since the 1970's, and remember helping put up bales of hay way back then. I also attended several family functions throughout the years. I will miss Herb, and can sympathis with you all after losing my own dad a couple years ago. I am sorry that I will not be able to come to South Haven this week, as I am in Alabama on a business trip all week. I hope to get in contact with you soon. God Bless. Scott

I am so sad that I can't attend the funeral of Uncle Herb. He will be so missed. There are so many stories that have come to mind over the past week as I sit and reflect on his life. Must of them comedy of my friends always calling him Herbie Baby, and him always keeping an eye on me when I worked at Palisades and reminding the guys that he was watching. You will be missed but not forgotten. I keep all of you in my prayers for strength thru this difficult time and know that I am just a e-mail or phone call away Aunt Sue, Kevin, Kelly and Kyle. Although I didn't see him very often in the last few years, I tried to get in contact with him whenever I visited Michigan, and did visit his mother, Aunt Grace, when I could.
