I did not know Rick well. We had conversations many times over the years at family evens; I always enjoyed Rick's company. It was clear to me on all of those occasions that Rick was a sincere, quality, caring person. Susan and I extend our heartfelt sympathy to Diane and the Bailey family. Diane, Although we had never met Richard, we are very good friends with Robert and Roger and of course were his mom, Anita. He was always spoken about with respect and candor and all we can say at this time is that our heartfelt sympathy goes to you and yours.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Bailey family at this time. We were neighbors when I was growing up, and I spent many fun times at the Bailey home. Richard was always nice to me even though I was the much younger sister of my brother Paul and sister Carol.

As high school friends with Robert and Roger, my brother, John, and I, always felt that we were a part of the extended, Bailey family. We loved and respected Grover and Anita as "parents"....and now we mourn the loss of Richard, as a brother.
