The first time I walked into Jessie's Grandma's house, it took me right back to my own Gram. Our Grams didn't look much alike but their laugh was almost identical. I could close my eyes and feel my own Gram right there in the room. I didn't have the pleasure of spending much time with Grandma Girard, but I called her Grandma every time I saw her because that's what she was - an amazing Grandma. I have seen the beauty and strength she passed down to her Granddaughter and I am in awe of this woman and her legacy. Her love was and always will be a testament to everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. My sincere condolences to everyone in the family.
