I remember Mrs. West as a teenager at all the ram's basketball games. You would see her there dress as a South Haven police officer. You do not find many police officers who cared as much as she did. She was well respected because she carried herself with respect. She was a great woman. Praying for your family.

Roger very sorry to hear of your mothers passing. I remember your mom growing up and what a strong role model she was. She is at peace now and I know her strong characteristics and loving spirit will be passed on through your family for generations to come.

My condolences to Roger Jr., Juan and your families. Many memories of Lillian starting back when she worked with my dad at South Haven P.D. Lillian was a proud lady, and the way that she lived life is an inspiration to all of us.

I worked with Lillian at JC Penney's. Nothing missed her eagle eye! She was full of wit and wisdom. She kept us safe at the store when she was working. I asked her one time if she was ever afraid when she caught someone and she said no. She said it was the fight in the dog not the dog in the fight that she worried about. My deepest sympathy for your loss. She was a wonderful person.

I first met Lillian at Everett Piano a Division of Yamaha back in 1981. I’ve thought about her often over the years. I learned a lot from her, a wise woman. Let's not forget, she loved to roller skate!
