Kim - we already miss you so much! You enriched so many lives with your loving smile, your huge heart, and the selflessness you showed even through all the pain. You truly were an amazing woman and an honor to know. I believe you were a true gift from God and I feel very blessed to have been such a part of your final journey - and now you can rest in peace. Forever in my heart.....theresa

We fell in love with Kim when we first met her when she was seven years
old. She came to our house many times when she was a child and her
parents were busy at their store a few doors away. We had fun playing
games, singing, snowmobiling and ice skating. She was a special child
and she never gave us any trouble. One of the highlights of our lives
was when we took her to Disney World.
In the past several years we have been going out to dinner with her
once a week. We were always amazed at all the knowledge she had.
We could ask her about almost anything and she would know something
about it and that was a big help whenever we asked her for advice or
information and she always willingly gave it. The people at the Hospice
House fell in love with her just as we did 43 years ago and she will be
in our hearts forever.
"With tearful eyes we watched you
And saw you pass away,
And though we loved you dearly
We could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,
Hard-working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best."

It's hard to believe I have to say goodbye Kim. I only worked with you for a couple of years but you left a huge impression on me. When I first came to Van Buren you were someone I looked to and depended on for help with my job. Your smile and positive attitude never failed to set a great example for everyone. It still makes me smile to think the worst complaint I ever had to handle about you was that you were "too nice". God bless you Kim, rest in peace.
My sincere condolence to Kimβs family and close friends, our loss is Heavenβs gain.

Kim was an "OLD SOUL" who was not only Beautiful, but as aunt Shirley would say "she is Brilliant !" She freely gave of her time to sit an listen to all of Shirley's stories while trying to balance her checkbook. Kim was the best bookkeeper she ever had! You can bet aunt Shirl is filling Kim in on all the gossip in Heaven and she is sitting smiling an nodding her head. Thanks Kimmy! No more tears no more pain.
Love you

Kim went to school with me, graduated in our class of 1982. She was so very sweet, kind and quiet. I considered her to be my friend. We sang in choir together; she had such a pretty voice. She will be missed by many. I will always cherish the memories of she and I. She was a beautiful person. So sorry for the friends and family of Kim for your gigantic loss. We will see her in heaven again, when we go there to meet her again. Rest in Peace, no more tears or pain Kim. XO
