Roland was a good man, last of the great Wagner-Clan uncles to pass. Roland will soon be sitting in a re-union poker game in heaven, with uncles Adolph, Phil, Ed, Kenny, my dad – Pat, Frank, Lee, and Bob with GPA Felix. They often played or observed the game on Sunday evenings at the farm. Remember Roland’s deep hearty laughs and chuckles as these guys often picked on each other. When I saw him last July, we talked briefly about politics, family, food, and that Dorothy was older than him. Told him his sons turned out good and he brought me up to date on what Sally and Roger were up to. He knew I would see Doug later that day. My heartfelt condolences to your families and friends, believe that Roland is in a peaceful place, where all dreams come to pass.
