I only knew, Gordon for a couple years that he faithfully came to the Wellness Center in South Haven. He was a cheerful and friendly part of my day and I miss him.

Good-bye to one of the best neighbors you could have. He was such an active and engaged man during his retirement. May we all have just a little bit of his friendly nature. He will be missed.

Louise, I am so sorry to hear about Gordon, We love you both. You have always been great neighbors, letting our dogs out, checking on the kids, and even when we locked ourselves out of the house, you were their to help us. May God Bless.

Aunt Louise and Extended Family,
Although it has been many years since we have seen each other, I remember a very kind, gentle and caring man who lived on the top of the hill in the BIG white house. I have fond thoughts about you and your family. May you find a bit of peace in knowing that he has found a better place.

We were your neighbors on Bangor Rd for many years . We are so sorry to hear of Gordon's death--we learned he had passed from Sue Conklin, while visiting with her at our husband/Dad's (Melvin Brown) visitation this past Thursday (Mel died on June 11).
Sandy, we were in 4H together and rode the school bus together on a lot of snowy mornings! My Mother mentioned how much she enjoyed knowing your Mom. We all have many fond memories of our life in Lawrence and all the school activities . We send our condolences & hope that your good memories -- and ours, as well--will help us as we go on in life without our beloved Husbands & Fathers.
