Losing Bette is heartbreaking ... and not just for her immediate family. Bette was an important part of the SHHS Class of '52 and the group of classmates that continue to periodically get together in South Haven for food and fellowship. What an absolutely terrific person she was and she will be missed. My sincere condolences to Dave and the entire Allers family.

Sandy...I am praying for you and your entire family during this difficult time. I always enjoyed seeing her when she would come to Lincoln for Kids Hope. Never realized she used to work there. I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom was one of my mom's dearest friends. I remember the many times they walked together, talking and laughing. Bette's visits to my mom in the memory care unit meant so much to her. May God be a comforting presence in your lives during this sad time.
