Vicki and Family, I'm sorry to hear about your mom. She meant a lot to our family. She was a good childhood friend to my mom, as well as a bridesmaid in her wedding and was such a good friend to my dad as well. Those '41ers had a lot of fun over the years. She was a lovely, kind person and will be missed. Enjoy the memories. My condolences.

So sorry to read this posting of Janet's passing. We had several good conversations when we would meet up in the grocery store, reminiscing about the closeness of the Peck family (my grandparents) and Mable and Charlie Knox. Janet and Uncle Albert were very good friends. Sorry I will not be able to attend her service, as I will be in Nebraska. Deepest sympathy to you and your brother.

Janet Reid was a lovely lady. Howard and Janet, together, were a wonderful couple and both had a very significant impact on the Decker family - Howard as Paul Decker's right hand man and Janet as a dear friend of Pat Decker's. Vicki was a great baby sitter, too :). Thanks be to God for Janet Reid.
