I worked behind the soda fountain at MacDonals's Drug store starting in the mid 70's. Every day during the week, several of the business men that worked downtown would come in for their afternoon break. Ron was one of them. He was always so kind so us and one of my favorite customers. I used to shop at his shoe store a lot......he used to let me charge a pair of shoes and every Friday-payday, I would pay on my bill. As soon as I paid off one pair, I'd charge a new pair!! He kindness sticks out in my mind still to this day. Ron was a great man and I'm very sorry for your loss.
