My prayers and thoughts are with the entire family. I had the most utmost respect for Cecil. I'll never forget how pristine he looked on his horse when he road with the Sheriff's group. He was such a calm, quiet, and sincere person. My days hanging out with Pam, he was in his own ways looking out over us. He was a wonderful father, grandfather, and friend to many. He will surely be missed, especially his little smile as you talked to him.
