Having grown up steps away from the Clausen's and chummed around with Pete my entire childhood, I knew virtually nothing about Frank. I knew he had a long commute, that's about it. I remember being nervous around him when we did meet, but he'd smile and start chatting and put me at ease right away. Reading his obit, though sad, was fascinating and filled in some of the blanks of the man I almost knew.
